Pretty Old House in Garden Hills

Lately, I've been getting the itch to redo another Pretty Old House for profit.

(after)

You know the type, great location...

(the house above; before)

good bones...

(living room before)

tons of potential...
(before kitchen)

(before breakfast room)

smells to high heaven...
(master bath before)

might have termites...
(master sitting room before)

run down, neglected, and needs everything.

In other words PERFECT.
(front porch after)

(living room after)

(after kitchen)

(after kitchen)

(breakfast room after)

(master bath after)

(master sitting room after)

(hall bath left in its original condition, but after lots of clean up)

Maybe it's time for another one.

Great job on the flip! Could be a perfect time to pick up a sow's ear that can be made into a silk purse! :)

Your "fixer upper" is beautiful! Great job! The one that needs work looks very interesting, could be wonderful! Looks like a lot of work but could be a lot of fun!

I love what you did. I especially like turning the sitting room into what looks more like a dressing room off the bedroom.

Also like both bathrooms, the updated kitchen, the great facade re-do, and the beagle! All very admirable.

Thanks for sharing these photos.
